Class A office building located in the South Financial District, the fastest growing neighborhood in the San Francisco Bay Area.  150 Spear showcases a TouchSource video wall in their lobby, rotating three pieces of art per day.  Art was selected to embody the spirit of San Francisco by featuring local artists and depictions of the Golden Gate Bridge and cascading ocean views.   The art is framed by content for the tenants and visitors including news, transit, weather and building updates and bulletins.
