TouchSource is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the successful execution of our retail digital signage installations. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, serve as the primary point of contact for strategic retail clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless deployments from kickoff through post-installation support. This position blends project management, technical coordination, and strategic account management to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

 Essential Functions:  

  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital signage installation projects across multiple retail properties, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, customer support).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and enhance customer experience, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering on expectations.
  • Conduct client onboarding and training sessions on TouchSource platforms ensuring successful adoption and usage.
  • Guide clients through best practices in digital content management, wayfinding, and advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities, including advanced features, advertising modules, and expanded deployments.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement and refine internal processes.
  • Document and share project insights, checklists, and playbooks to support team knowledge and operational excellence.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, collaborating with leadership and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Provide the highest level of service and support to our largest clients through proactive communication.
  • Support subscription renewals and ensure long-term client satisfaction through diligent follow-up and strategic engagement.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-6 years of comparable professional experience.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in retail technology, digital signage, or SaaS platforms is a plus.

    Essential Qualifications: 

    • Experience creating and managing custom implementation timelines/project plans to ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverables.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and client stakeholders.
    • Passion for customer success and a consultative mindset focused on delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
    • Technical aptitude with digital signage platforms, content management systems and wayfinding or mapping tools.
    • Desire to take initiative and think through solutions for problems you encounter.
    • Ability to influence and motivate others, drive change, and lead by example.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor junior colleagues.
    • Ability to handle a large volume of tasks and manage using web-based tools and personal tracking systems.
    • High attention to detail and ability to follow through.
    • Organized and efficient.
    • Able to handle multiple projects under a deadline.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Travel:

    • There is minimal travel required for this position.

    Work Location:

    • We have a “Local/Remote” office policy. We hire locally and you must be able to meet at our Lafayette CO office when needed; but we have flexibility and allow remote work.
