Outside Sales Representative Qualifications and Experience will include:

  • Selling:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of direct sales experience
    • Seeking a person who has the right balance between a hunter (net new accounts) and growth (expand existing relationships)
    • Experience in B2B sales and, if possible, history selling software and/or technology
    • Strong lead generation history and self-development of opportunities
  • Planning and Management:
    • Critically important to be very detail oriented in planning, tracking, developing, and closing leads
    • Analyzing, developing, and maintaining multiple sales processes and channels
    • Advanced negotiation and relationship building skills with major accounts
  • Consulting and Building:
    • Develop reseller relationships within territory
    • Track record of consistent territory growth
    • Enjoy the consultative and design aspects of selling digital displays and signage
    • Creativity and a passion for a great experience will greatly aid in customer consulting


Product Management & Marketing

  • Drive products from concept to launch
  • Utilize data to drive decisions
  • Develop identifying target markets and buyers, and conducting market research
  • Analyze markets, trends and data to present fact-based analyses supporting product decisions
  • Define product use cases and requirements for developers
    • Manage product pricing and analysis
    • Define product ROI based on data and analysis
    • Lead and participate in Agile product methodologies and Pragmatic Marketing concepts for strategic product management that delivers impact
    • SaaS products, Hardware product experience a plus
    • Define product portfolio strategies and plans
    • Build and maintain product partnerships

Stakeholder & Program Management

  • Passion for market, product and technical innovation combined with the demonstrated ability to lead others from idea to execution to impact stages of the product lifecycle
  • Apply logic and business criteria to new ideas, concepts and opportunities with a strong process
  • Highly organized and willing to roll up your sleeves to do, drive and coach others to the finish line
  • Strong written, verbal and presentations skills for use in briefing customers on products, testing concepts, and teaching others what products do
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Assess program success/failure post product launch against original product goals.

LOCATION: Lafayette, Colorado – Denver Area


  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years+ of product management experience with technology / software
  • Detailed understanding of software design, software market, Agile methodology and software product management techniques
  • Experience in digital signage, audio-visual industry, and/or commercial real estate technology a plus
