Sr. Operations Manager, SaaS

We are searching for a leader to own and drive operations of our rapidly growing subscriptions business.


  • Function as the operational General Manager of our multi-million-dollar software subscriptions business, with responsibility for maintaining recurring revenue and content services.
  • Accountable for the business processes to exceed 95% renewal rate (we’re already close). Wake up every morning thinking about how to get customers to renew.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end profitability of software subscriptions including content providers and 3rd party spend. Serve as the commercial point of contact for our content vendors and advertising partners.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the field adoption of subscriptions, our renewal rates, and our advertising performance.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and development to identify and bring to market new offerings to maximize profitability and growth.
  • Accountable for the systems and processes to manage subscription records and reporting, including implementation of a new subscriptions management platform (to be determined).
  • Supervise a customer service agent responsible for subscription invoices, collections, and records.
  • Reports directly to the COO.


  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.
  • 3-7 years of experience in an analytical role at a SaaS company or ecommerce business with a recurring revenue model.
  • Budget management and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of SaaS performance metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to manage, manipulate, and communicate data.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and business processes.
  • Strong sense of business ownership and relentlessness about solving problems.
  • We have a “Local/Remote” office policy. We hire locally and you must be able to meet at our Lafayette CO office when needed; but we have flexibility and allow remote work.

Salary Range $100,000-$125,000
