Product Marketing Manager

We are a growing Colorado-based company in the Property Technology industry. We need an innovative and outgoing individual to provide technical sales support for prospective clients. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you would be responsible for introducing new or enhancing an existing products and solutions by communicating the product’s value to our customers, our sales team, and our partners.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns for our software products and digital solutions. To do this, you will develop a keen understanding of our product’s buyers and users, which vary by industry. You’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of relevant product features including the ability to demonstrate our software to others and describe what features do functionally and why that matters (benefit to an end user). We have a compelling software platform and are dropping new features and solutions onto it regularly. You’d play a key role in packaging up new solutions for market-facing use.

A background in marketing and communications is desired. If you like technology and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts, you may be a great fit here. We’ll train the right candidate on our market and solutions. Strong ability to logically think through problems is key. You’ll need to able to prioritize your time well and be good at learning new things. We are constantly innovating, so you’ll always be learning something new. Your ability to organize your thoughts, information you receive, and synthesize the information into plans, content and recommendations is also important. Product Marketing Skills

  • Study and become expert in company products particularly our software product features, functions and applied usage by industry
  • Understand buyer needs, popular product options, and technical considerations that guide buyer decisions.
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the end user and their organization
  • Follow and analyze market trends in order to effectively position product benefits
  • Develop product marketing strategies (promotion, product launching, training plans) to drive market demand for products and key features
  • Craft compelling messages about our products across marketing channels including copy for our website, ecommerce store, product catalog, and marketing collateral
  • Prepare product training materials to help our sales team understand product function, benefits and positioning (presentations, positioning guidance, pricing details)
  • Logistically coordinate subject matter experts to record trainings using digital tools and platforms
  • Participate in go to market campaigns including planning and executing product and solution launches
  • Organize plans for market research using survey tools and customer feedback sessions as well as digital competitive intelligence
  • Create blog posts and webinars on product and industry trend topics
  • Address sales questions on features and software products as your subject matter expertise grows




  • Experience promoting software, SaaS/Cloud-based technologies or business-to-business solutions is preferred
  • Training and demonstrated ability to market and promote products including campaign design, content creation and sales enablement
  • Strong writing skills needed – we’ll ask for samples of product materials and marketing content
  • Ability to plan campaigns / logical sequences of project activities for product launches
  • Good collaboration skills including ability to solicit input, synthesize different ideas, test for ideas for clarity and recommend next steps
  • Excellent listening and communication skills including ability to document clear notes on product plans
  • Strong presentation skills including ability to present ideas, progress, issues, and training materials
  • 2-3 years of previous work experience in marketing, business development or other role where you demonstrated skills and qualifications for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools is expected for this role – whether you already have training or will rapidly learn those tools through self-paced training

  • $60,000-$70,000
